## Nature of the Service
This platform provides **administrative and document-preparation services**
for company formation in Delaware (USA), Kenya, and the United Kingdom. We
are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
Engage licensed counsel for advice specific to your circumstances.
## Fees & Refunds
- All fees are **prepaid**. Work on any stage begins only after the
corresponding payment has succeeded.
- **Sovereign costs** (government filing fees, franchise taxes, registry
charges) and **platform costs** are **non-refundable** once a filing or
service stage has been initiated, without exception, as these amounts are
remitted to third parties or consumed in processing.
- Current fees are displayed dynamically at quotation time and confirmed in
your Request-to-Quote (RTQ) document before payment.
## Client Obligations
You warrant that all information supplied is accurate and that you will
pass required KYC/AML screening. We may suspend service where screening
fails or sanctions exposure (including OFAC) is identified.
## Timelines
The 4–6 week journey is a good-faith estimate; sovereign registry
processing times are outside our control.
## Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
