End-User Agreement

Provider: African Wood Inc. (United States & Kenya), 274 Liborio Dr., Middletown DE 19709, together with its partners — African Wood Limited (United Kingdom & Wales) and Dhamana Technologies Limited (Kenya) (collectively, "the Provider," "the Platform," "we," "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the software services at incorporate.amakobe.com.

1. The Service

The Platform provides administrative, document-preparation, and record-keeping services for company formation and maintenance in Delaware (USA), Kenya, and the United Kingdom, including registered agent and local representative correspondence delivery, payment processing, and secure document storage. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Multi-factor authentication is mandatory. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. Accounts may be suspended for failed compliance screening, suspected unauthorized use, or breach of this Agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to violate any law, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and counter-terrorist-financing laws; to misrepresent ownership or control of an entity; or to interfere with the Platform's operation or security.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are presented before payment and are prepaid. Sovereign costs (government filing fees, taxes, registry charges) and platform costs are non-refundable once a filing or service stage has begun. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Pesapal, PayPal); card details never touch our servers.

5. Documents and Data

Documents we file to your account remain available in your portal. You retain ownership of your data; we process it per our Privacy Policy and protect it as described in our Data Security statement. Handover packages are delivered through time-limited secure links.

6. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services (payment processors, identity verification, sanctions screening, e-signature, and accounting providers). Their terms apply to their services.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Registry and government processing times are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the platform fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time; records we are legally required to retain (corporate filings, audit trails) are kept for the statutory period. We may terminate for breach with notice.
