KRA PIN), corporate structure, and payment records.
## How We Share It
Personal data is shared **strictly with Dhamana Technologies Limited of
Kenya**, our operating partner, solely to deliver registration, compliance,
and banking services you have engaged us for. We do not sell personal data,
and we do not share it with any other third party except sovereign
registries (Delaware Division of Corporations, IRS, Kenya BRS, KRA,
Companies House) as required to complete your filings, and payment/KYC
processors (Stripe, Pesapal, PayPal, SmileID) acting on our documented
instructions.
## Retention & Rights
Data is retained for as long as legally required for corporate records,
then securely deleted. You may request access, correction, or deletion by
contacting client.services@amakobe.com. UK and Kenya residents may lodge
complaints with the ICO or ODPC respectively.
